Plein air

Charlotte Bell was born in the United States and came to Canada as a teen. She has studied and practiced drawing and painting since childhood.  She chooses workplace, social justice, nature and the built environment as themes. Charlotte has taught watercolour at Coast Collective Arts Centre and resides in Victoria, BC, Canada.
